Made from 63% Chardonnay 37% Pinot Noir.  Stays on the lees between 2 and 4 years. With a base wine barrel fermented, results in a  rich in style, and perfectly paired with a great dessert  -  panacotta, Crème Brule or as simple cheese cake.
